The free month applies to the 12th month, if you choose to stay for 1 year.
The minimum stay is 4 months.

Rent includes utilities (heat, hydro, water, local telephone), parking and laundry. Cable TV and internet are available for an extra charge.

Free long distance calls are available to the following cities:
Windsor, London, Hamilton, Guelph, St. Catherines, Toronto and surrounding area, Kingston and Ottawa.
All other calls are billed at 3.5 cents/minute 24 X 7 to North American destinations.

The house is served by Grand River Transit:
Route 9 10 minute walk 7 days/week – 18 hours/day
Route 73 1 minute walk 5 days/week – rush hour only

The house is furnished, quiet and clean. All bedrooms have a skylight and phone jack.

The other 2 tenants are quiet, clean, responsible, male, non-smokers and non-drinkers. They are both working full-time and are hardly ever home.

I am looking for a 3rd tenant who is quiet, clean, responsible, male, non-smoker and non-drinker. I do not rent to women, so no need to inquire.

In an effort to keep the rent affordable, I obtain a credit report from Equifax. I pay for this expense, however, it does require your written permission on the application form.

I live and work in Toronto and often use the house Saturday afternoon to visit with my children.

No overnight guests. No pets. No parties.
